The Red and White Week Homecoming campaign strategically engaged diverse alumni audiences through a multi-channel approach, encompassing email, text, web, print, video, and social media.
The campaign’s goal was to foster a sense of university pride and drive participation across all alumni and affinity groups. Targeted communications, particularly to groups like the Black Alumni Society, Latinx Alumni Network and Golden Grads Forever Club ensured relevance and maximized engagement.
The campaign achieved significant results: 39 events drew over 7,000 attendees. The RedWhiteWeek.ncsu.edu site attracted 17,818 unique users with a 49% engagement rate. The Howl Alumni Newsletter’s Red and White Week content achieved a 40.7% unique open rate and drove 641 unique users to the Party Pack web page.
I designed coffee sleeves with information about Red and White Week that were distributed to coffee shops on and around campus the week leading up to homecoming.

I put together this toolkit for other communicators on campus with assets they would need to advertise their homecoming events. View the full toolkit here.
The Annual Giving team added the gifs I designed to the NC State iMessage sticker pack. It is available for download on the App Store and Google Play.
